User Subscriptions: Each user can subscribe to special add-on capabilities to help them during the sales/support process:

• CAD Export: CAD Export takes graphics for fully configured products (eg racks, cabinets, servers, etc) created by eXalt’s Solution Sales Platform and exports them directly into Autodesk’s data formats AutoCAD DWG and DXF. Until now only specially trained CAD experts could create CAD drawings. eXalt already dynamically generates configured product graphics on-the-fly; now the process is taken one step further. Users are provided a “field engineer in a box” potentially eliminating weeks of manual CAD effort per project.
  
  
• User Alerts: Each user can subscribe to special alerts on products contained in the repository. Change Alerts can be provided on product changes such as additions, changes or discontinuance. Price Alerts can be provided on pricing changes. Alerts are fully cross referenced for each Bill of Material stored per user. Sales Alerts notify field staff when their products have been designed in to a new Bill of Material.
  
  
• Custom Content: Each User can add custom content to the repository which can be cross referenced with each part. VAR’s may want to store additional products that are not referenced on the site. Installers/Integrators may want to store custom part numbers or pricing/labor estimates per product
  
  
• Unlimited Storage: Each User can subscribe for unlimited storage of design or other custom content on an annual basis.
  
  
• Web Conferencing: eXalt enables sales and support to have joint navigation sessions with channels and users. Now Suppliers can assist customers and channel partners during the product selection, configuration and design process live over the web. Sales productivity is dramatically improved while travel and telecommunications costs are lowered.
